W-type valve actuator is a multi rotation worm gear reducer.

It is used as a lifting lever valve and gate operator that requires thrust for operation.


Product features:

▶  The automatic tightening mechanism of the worm gear keeps the valve stem from rotating from the load side. (some reduction ratios are not tightened automatically.)

▶  The hammering mechanism makes it easy to operate the valve.

▶  Due to the dual structure of the output part, it is easy to remove the valve rod nut matching the valve rod.

▶  The main body has a sealing structure and is filled with extreme pressure grease, so it can be used immediately.

▶  An opening meter and a limit switch for display can be installed.

▶  The valve mounting flange is the same as that of SMB type electric actuator.

▶  It can be combined with SMB, JMB and L120 electric actuators.

▶  There are also two axis types, which can be used in various systems.

▶  Each output torque is available in five sizes.
