HB series is a kind of worm reducer, which can be rotated 90 degrees (or less) to install it on butterfly valve or plug valve.
Product features:
▶ It can be used remotely in combination with electric and pneumatic limit torque SMB, JMB, L120, etc. it can also be operated manually by installing a handle. We also provide spur gear accessories to reduce manual operation force. If you want to change the direction of the input shaft by 90 °, we also provide bevel gear accessories.
▶ The worm uses special steel, and the worm gear uses high tensile strength bronze. Therefore, it is small but powerful. In addition, the gear accuracy has been improved to reduce the backlash.
▶ Since the combination with the valve uses a double sleeve, the relationship with the key position of the valve stem can be freely determined.
▶ The stopper uses the stop screw method, which is easy to adjust and has excellent durability for all sizes.
▶ Each output torque has 11 sizes.
