Introduction: the automatic cleaning device can regularly and automatically use sponge balls to clean the exchanger pipes of the refrigerator and compressor, so as to improve the working efficiency of the machine and save energy and costs.

Anti fouling method of automatic cleaning device: clean the heat exchanger automatically and repeatedly in a physical way dozens of times a day, so that there is no time for fouling and scaling can be effectively prevented.

Workflow:

The processing flow of the automatic cleaning device (as shown in the following figure):

1. The automatic cleaning device injects the cleaning ball into the cooling water pipe of the refrigerator.

2. Collect cooling water to drive the cleaning ball to flow and clean the pipeline.

3. The automatic cleaning device collects the cleaning ball from the collection device and stands by until the next cleaning.

• cleaning time for one cycle: about 2 minutes / recommended cleaning cycle: every 30 minutes.
