Technical requirements for finished support system

The finished support system is a support product assembled on the construction site with factory prefabricated parts. It adopts standard connectors and standard channel steel, which should have anti-corrosion and other indicators. It is free from welding and painting anti-corrosion paint on site, and is connected with the original concrete by anchor bolts, and with the original steel structure by fixture welding free connection.

1. The product consists of C (or U) finished channel steel and related spare parts. The cross-sectional dimensions of channel steel are 41mm*21mm, 41mm*41mm, 52mm*41mm, 62mm*41mm, 72mm*41mm and other standard sections with lengths of 1000, 3000mm or 6000mm.

2. The inner edge of C (or U) finished channel steel must have continuous teeth, and the installation of all accessories depends on mechanical occlusion. After the installation of the whole set of finished support, it should have safe anti vibration, anti impact and anti slip properties.

3. For the anchor bolts used to fix the support, the metal anchor bolts with the performance of adapting to cracking concrete shall be selected when fixing the support at the bottom of the beam / floor, and the anchor bolts have the corresponding seismic performance and fatigue resistance.

4. Surface treatment of finished channel steel and accessories: meet the requirements of ISO 1461 and IEC 10346 standards.
